unfinished me
As I read this scripture I am reminded to take an honest look at my relationship with God and examine closely the things in my life that He has asked me to do. The things that perhaps were once a strong part of my walk with Him which are not so much right now. The consistency in prayer, reading his word and spending time alone just listening to Him. Not missing the opportunities to share my faith with others in those moments that God creates. Thinking through all of my decisions and choices on a daily basis. Spending more time with my parents, brothers and sisters and other family and friends. All of these things contribute to my strength in the Lord and are at risk of dying if I don’t maintain them.
God may you not look down today and see an unfinished me but may you help me strengthen these things in my life today. Thank you so much for this reminded today.
