1 Timothy 1:15-16 ESV

The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life.

i am so thankful that our Lord displays His perfect patience with us. i love being His example of it. its cool how real Paul is. there is no religious self-righteous mask. He is not pretending. He knows that if it wasn't for Christ he'd have nothing and nothing but rubish. this gives me hope for all pharisees.
