Hope For Family & Friends
Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. 35 But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.
I love how God chose to reveal Himself to Cornelius a centurion of the Italian Regiment. The Bible describes Cornelius as a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, who gave alms generously to the people, and prayed to God always.
I have many relatives and friends who are Roman Catholic. They do many good works but they are not born again. This verse gives me hope to continue in prayer for them according to God’s Word.
Lord Jesus, You know my family and friends who do good works but have not yet been born again. I ask that You would reveal Yourself to them as You did with Cornelius.
