KINGDOM FOCUS IS TRUE FREEDOM
It took me years to realize that God’s calling was simply to put the Kingdom first – to spread the Gospel!
i was constantly being put in positions where I had enough skill to be "used"! In college I was always a musician representing the school. In ministry, I was always seeking positions related to that.
It took me years to realize that my natural "needs", were drawing cards, to share the great message of the Gospel, and kingdom living, with those that wondered how I "ticked"! I even discovered that using simple interests in electronics were being used as opportunities to share the Gospel.
The key is the Gospel! That was Jesus' teaching. The gentiles had "things", but were not satisfied. His followers had Jesus, and the Gospel, and would be provided "things" according to their need of the spread of that word!
