Spiritual Jealousy

How many times have we heard or see a church be blessed? - 100's got saved, 100's got baptized, God did something amazing! We read it on blogs, see it on tweets, hear about it a pastor conferences. How many times do we want that. Simon wanted to pay to have that ability. Perhaps his motivation was good - maybe he really wanted to see a move of God in his own life. But he was a magician with many followers. He was rebuked by the apostles saying his heart was not right with God.

Thats the real question - do we want see a move of God through our ministry - or do we want to have a heart that is right with God even if nothing we do produces noticeable results?
