Should I help those who don't want help?
My pastor shared with us 2 Timothy 2:19, and what I got out of that text was turn away from people who do wicked things or are on the wrong path. I asked my Pastor, "If I think I can change someone's mind about Christ and help them believe should I turn my back on them?" He answered,"NO!", but "If you think you can do that and succeed then that's great, but if you feel you start falling back into doing something you know you shouldn't then your letting them take you back to their path." That's when we need to turn our backs on the wickedness. Mark 5:19 tells us to share what the good Lord is doing with our lives. If people listen that's what we want, but there will be people ready and willing to mock and challenge your faith. That's why bible studies and reading scriptures is so important and part of a daily Christian life because when we get challenged, and we will, we need to be prepared. God Bless.
