Read the Bible
I understand with this passage that the Bible is our "How to" manual on living life. It was left for us as the word of God so that we can learn from the past, know the present, and have faith for the future. It's also the book that we not only have to read, but share with the world. When someone goes out and watches a great movie, and I mean the movie of all time, the first thing you do is tell someone they "HAVE TO" go and see this movie. Why then, don't we read the Bible and in the same way tell people what is says. I for one never thought of doing so, but as I read the Bible and learn more of our creator and what the Bible says of him and us I would enjoy and am enjoying talking to more and more people about it. I've started with immediate family, but you have to start somewhere. In this text it says you have to find competent people to share the word with who in turn can teach someone else. I will share, but the competency might have to be decided by the Holy Spirit and Christ. I might think they're not competent, but I might be underestimating them. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Share the good news with the world.
