The Outpouring of the Holy Spirit was Not a 1x Deal

I think the title says it all. This encounter of being filled with God's Holy Spirit happened AFTER the Upper Room Experience. We don't pray enough for God's Holy Spirit to come empower and fill us. God wants to continually meet us and pour out his Holy Spirit on us.

This seems to be a different experience than the infilling of the Holy Spirit that happens when we accept Christ. God's Spirit resides inside of us. That has happened to these Believers; yet, now the Holy Spirit is being "poured" out on them again?

I'm all for it.
