Creation in OUR Likeness.....

"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness......"

Never noticed reference to "us" and "our" in this verse. This feels like foreshadowing as to His plan in a big way, but curious if He is emphasizing the importance of unity in this passage, as well.

Being a former athlete, always heard there is no "I" in "TEAM" from coaches at all levels....the Head Coach may be making reference to the importance of "more than I" in this verse?? More evidence of his selflessness and love toward us as his creation.
