I am no scientist, but I am curious about the parallels between the 'epochs' of earth's 'evolution' and their correspondence to the 'days' of creation. The fossil record does not contradict the account of creation in Genesis. Does it? Nor do the days of creation contradict the sequence of the appearance of earth's species - including MAN as the final creation.
I don't have to feel threatened by the acceptance of a fossil record and a growing complexity of life forms on the planet. Rather, I can embrace the emergence of different life forms and point that evidence towards the intention and presence of the Creator.
