I want the patience of Anna...
Anna is very interesting, her dedication to the Lord was solid. Imagined being married for 7 years, and your husband dies. But what was Anna's response? "She never left the Temple but stayed there day and night, worshiping God with fasting and prayer."
My God, I want my faith to be rooted that deep. That even if you take something dearly away from me, I will still worship you because of the "promise." And what promise is that? It's the same promise that Anna got the opportunity to see in the flesh. JESUS!
