26 Then Jesus told her, "I AM the Messiah!"
29 "Come and see a man who told me everything I ever did! Could he possibly be the Messiah?"
Wow the what Jesus says here is short simple and to the point. But it is not just a statement he was speaking the absolute truth to the Samaritan woman. You would think this is clear enough for her but she still is not sure if he is. She didn’t fully trust him even after he had told her all the things she had ever done.
Well I say this and then think what would I have done in that situation probably the same thing. Because even now I know the messiah personally but I still doubt and don’t always trust him. That’s sad cause I know who he is and I don’t trust. I also like the fact that this woman leaves Jesus goes out and get people but she come back. That’s such a picture of what Jesus wants for me to go out and get people for him and then to come back to him. I definitely still have a ways to go in trusting fully and being ad 24/7 witness.
