The role of a pastor

This verse moved me today, as I think it describes what the role of a pastor should be: "to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready for the Lord a people prepared."

What a difficult calling to live up to! May the Holy Spirit provide us the "spirit and power of Elijah", to do great things for His glory.
