I'm sure Job's friends had the best intentions of helping, but as we read in Job 16... they were not doing a good job. But we can say this because we have hindsight. In the midst of a situation, sometimes it's hard to give the right counsel. It's a good reminder for all of us when we are in a 'friends' shoe.
