Letting Him be my guide

I still consider myself new to the bible. I've had a bible in every home I've lived in, always believed in God, prayed daily, went to Catholic school as a child, but it wasn't until 2008 that I actually started reading verses. Christianity saved me from myself and even though I sin on occasion (everyone has those down times), knowing that if I let him guide me my life would be better. He is in control, and though that is the most difficult thing to understand and let happen, when we do we please Him. Loving God is easy, letting Him love you is the challenge. We get so wrapped up in all the negativity and the bad things we do that we forget to look up, take a minute and take a deep breath and realize that with Him all things are possible so why would we want to do anything without Him. Making our Father proud is something we should strive for everyday and when we have bad days know there is always tomorrow.
