Answers


I can definitely relate to Job. I want answers. It's much easier to deal with situations if I know why they are happening. The uncertainty of life is what makes it so hard to trust in God, but that's precisely why God often doesn't give us answers.

That would require no faith, and His primary concern is not our comfort but our character. He's more interested in helping us learn to trust Him and His goodness than He is giving us answers to every question.

Answers usually don't satisfy anyway, but knowing God more and having the faith to follow Him even when He doesn't make sense - that's invaluable.
