Crowd reactions

The crowd responds to the Holy Spirit's display of speaking in tongues by saying one of two things:

1. What is going on?! - The people were confused and wanted answers so they drew closer to the disciples.

or

2. They laughed and said they were drunk.

What is interesting to me is that the disciples kept right on going. The quick verse about the laughter is glossed over. In other words...let people laugh if they do not see God in what you do. Keep going and God's message or voice will be heard by those who choose to listen. Sometimes I let the negative voice have too much of the mic in my head. I worry about appearances...
I pray today:
God give me the strength to stand on a hill and shout in Swahili that you are LOVE!
