Noah invents wine???

To all those who think Noah overreacted by cursing Ham's descendants, please take also into consideration the following... The word ''wine'' is only mentioned for the first time in the bible in Genesis 9:21, which makes me wonder if Noah really knew what he was drinking. In fact, after the flood, a lot changed on the surface of the earth & fermenting bacteria are not an exception! Decomposing flood casualties and wetland call for bacteria... For what I know, Noah might have just juiced some grapes which turned into wine pretty darn quickly compared to pre-flood conditions! Remember, this is the same Noah who was the only one to be found righteous to God amongst the whole population of the earth a short time before this incident took place... All of this means that Noah might have become drunk unintentionally and Ham did not probably consider this as an option while his brothers did knowing the righteous father that he was...
