I know He can, but will He?

Observation: A leprous man, rejected by society understood Jesus' might and Lordship over all things. He uttered man's general question to an Almighty God, "Lord, if you are willing..."
This man knows that Jesus can heal. He probably heard about the many miracles that the man from Galilee has done. He understand that Jesus can.

Question is, will Jesus heal him?

This man, not only received a verbal command for healing but even a greated eagerness from Jesus by reaching out to him to touch him as He healed him.

Application:
I need to read this scripture often because it destroys every misconception that I have of God. I know that God is mighty and that He is able to do exceedingly, far beyond, more than we could ever think or imagine.

But like this man, I question, is He willing to do this?

I know He can give me a baby, but is He willing to give me a baby?
I know He can bless me financially so I can be comfortable. But is He willing to bless me?
I know He can heal Tom's body. But is He willing?

This scripture shows Jesus was not just willing, but eagerly reached out, touched him and healed him. That man got more that what he asked for.

Prayer:
Help me know you more Jesus so I won't be hesitant to call your name.
