Another reference to joy, joy that comes from taking refuge in the Lord. Again, as a pastor, sometimes it's tempting to take refuge in myself. That sounds so awful and unholy, but it's true. I am the only one on staff and am in the spotlight, constantly. As I seek to "do, do, do, and do some more" I feel the pressure of having to come through and constantly be better.
That pressure falls on me, when (in reality) it belongs to God. God is the one who will come through, not me.
May I take refuge in you, Lord.
