Homosexuality according to God

In a world that continues to turn farther and farther away from the truth found in God's Word, one often finds the lines between right and wrong to be difficult to see. As a Christian living in America, I find it very sad when I see how our culture is becoming more and more accepting or "tolerant" of homosexuality. Between the entertainment industry and political agendas, it seems that homosexuality is more and more being described as normal and natural. We are told that it is something people are born with and to disapprove or speak against it is discrimination. Sadly, some Christians are deceived into believing these lies and even the Catholic Church is beginning to accept it. More then ever, it is so important for believers to know their Bibles. In this passage, Paul clearly and concisely explains God's view on Homosexuality:

1. Homosexuality is Sin.
2. Homosexuality is an expression of severe rebellion against God.

The fact is, people are not born homosexuals, they are born sinful. We all deal with sin (Romans 3:23) and we know that Sin is the lure of our own sinful desires(James1:14). What sets us apart as believers, is the fact that we have Christ at work in our lives empowering us to resist our sinful desires. When people reject God and chose instead to live in sin, it opens the door for many sick and evil practices-homosexuality is one of them.
