Speaking in Tongues

Not sure how people get mixed up on the whole speaking in tongues thing. This passage is the Bible's way of explaining what truly occurs. You hear a different language in your own language. Or you can speak another language (not previously learned) so that a person can understand you and thereby hear the Truth.
