Joy in our labor

I never noticed this verse this way before. It seems to me that in this verse is the beginning of man joining in with God in the process of redemption. I understand that Salvation is a work of God alone however he does choose to use us in affecting the lives of those around us. When we join in this process in our workplaces schools or family circles I believe our work of toil becomes a labor of love and joy used for the glory of God.
Is your life work contributing the redemption of man?
