It wasn't until this Christmas season that I found this verse. It struck a chord within in me that only a few other verse prior to me starting daily devotion could. I have a habit of "cycling" or as the verse puts it dwelling on past events. I look back and wonder what would have happen had I said this or done that. I figure I'm not alone here but still it just feels like it. Reading this verse and the one following it gave me hope that with enough conscious work with God that I can break this habit. There is more to life than the past, we need to just keep moving.
