God has a plan
In this passage we read that Abraham had other sons, after Sarah died, by Keturah. But he sent these sons to the east. Is it possible that they left with a remnant of Abrahamic faith and became the ancestors of the magi who came looking for the newborn "King of the Jews"?
I can't prove it, but the possibility remains. If so, it's another proof that God is always working His plan, long before we even know there's a need for a plan! That means we can trust HIM!
