Betrayal

What a terrifying moment this must have been for the disciples.
I love how Jesus asks why they didn't arrest him sooner in the Temple, "I was there everyday!"
His words always cut to the heart of the situation, even when he told them that this was "their moment" he made it clear who was still in charge, and that each event must happen to fulfill the prophecies and for victory over sin and death to be complete.
