Thinking about GCC Life

Came across a reference by Dietrich Bonhoeffer today in the margin of my Bible as I was reading today's plan. It said, Christianity means community through Jesus Christ and in Jesus Christ. No Christian community is more or less than this. Whether it is a brief, single encounter or the daily fellowship of years, Christian community is only this. We belong to one another only through and in Jesus Christ.

While my encounter with GCC has been brief, I want to show my appreciation intentionally like Jesus Christ has done when he said, "I have called you Friends" (John 15).
