Love is patient.
Love is kind.
It does not envy.
It does not boast.
It is not proud.
It is not rude.
It is not self-seeking.
It is not easily angered.
It keeps no record of wrong doing.
It does not delight in evil,
but rejoices in the truth.
It always protects, trusts,
hopes, perseveres.

Its funny how you reflect back on a sour relationship and realize that both parties didn't take these verses into account to make things work.
Lord, help me take this to heart and realize that this needs to be in all -- ALL-- of my relationships.
