Rest
Even God took a break. So often we become so busy with our daily lives; schedules we have to keep and things that we have to do that it can be weeks, months or even years before we take a break. A day when our sole focus is ourselves, God, and relaxing. When we choosing not o worry about anything, we just live. Although each person has their own level of commitment and may argue that they cannot completely "get away", if the creator of all found a way not to work for one day, I am sure we can too. After all it is in these times that we become rejuvenated and work thereafter is so much more productive.
