Sacrifice
We discussed last night in our small group about sacrifice. We had a question that was, what would you sacrifice to serve God fully? Most of us said our time is what we need to give more of; and as we discussed the idea of sacrifice, it came to me that most of us, not just in our group, but possibly a majority of those born in the USA don't really know what real sacrifice is. What about those having to worship in underground churches? What about those who are in prison because of preaching and worshiping (much like Peter)? What about those who have died for their faith? What about God? What about Jesus? That's sacrifice. I want to be sold out like that.
