Suffering and Persecution Part 2
I must add to my previous post ...
Because of the scattered believers our faith is made strong and continues to witness to the ends of the earth.
In the face of tribulation the early believers refused to bend to the intolerance and anger of the persons who would persecute and kill them.
We never know what we would do until faced with that situation, but I pray that I would stand firm.
I also see the pattern of Jesus reaching out to the poor and outcast continued in this chapter. Let me be faithful and strong in my witness, O Lord.
