Power unlimeted Power!!!!!!!
All the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.
This verse is talking about how many people were saved when the Holy Spirit came upon Peter and the disciples.
I like this verse because it is the answer to a promise. Jesus told peter he would be given the keys to the kingdom and here part of that promise was answered. He was able to lead thousands of Jews to the kingdom. That makes me trust the power and ability of God to honor the promises for my life. The Holy Spirit is a powerful thing and all us Christians have it. But do we use it? I know I don’t walk in that power most of the time,
Lord help me to trust in you and to truly walk in the power you have given me by your Spirit.
