God created Man
We learn 1:26. God created man in His image and they will rule over the earth. This verse tells me that God created not just one man but multiple men. Adam was just His chosen man in the beginning to start His plan. Its like when parents choose who to be over their affairs when they get older and can no longer handle them on their own. They choose the one in which they feel are more responsible and trust the most. Sometimes these parents are disappointed in that child for a temporary lack of judgment. Like God chose Adam and Eve persuaded Adam to disobey God and eat the fruit. He knew it was wrong but probaly in his mind he thought its just fruit what harm can be done until the harm was done. It was too late to change his mistake. His eyes were opened. Just like when we make mistakes and disobey we still suffer the consequences but we do have the choice to either learn from the consequences and not make the same mistake again or we choose to repeatedly disobey so much that we dont even recognize we are wrong and never learn until its too late. I learned from Genesis that the sin of just one person not only hurts the one that sin but it also hurts others even people we dont even know.
