To Feel Justified
Christians tend to share their grievances to non-Christians to ease the guilt of their sin because they can somehow get opinions from the non-Christians that will somehow justify their actions for what they have done wrong and Christians are going to give advice that will have the heart convicted. Christians at the time dont realize they are really causing the non-Christian more reason to not be a believer because non-Christians think that Christians are not ever suppose to sin and therefore with some of the non-believers i know they take that opportunity to say they don't wanna be a hypocrit and sin. Unbelievers dont understand that we all sin and fall short of God's glory. Its the Christians duty to help the lost to see the light not show them the reason to stay in darkness.
