Nicodemus & Joseph?
A rather small question in regards to the whole picture... but this was a meeting of the whole Sanhedrin, no? And they were from this time on plotting Jesus' death. What were Nicodemus and Joseph (of Arimathea) doing during this time? Being silent followers of Jesus til his death (when they took and buried Jesus' body), what were they doing during these plots? Silently sitting back? Protesting against the plot? What was going on? Or were they also moved by the Holy Spirit, as Caiaphas was, to let God's plan proceed and for Jesus to die for the sins of many? As silent yet devoted followers and believers, what were Nicodemus and Joseph doing?
