Sweep Paganism from the Land
David had a passion for seeing the One True God honored and worshiped exclusively. He saw that at the root of all the evil in the world is a fundamental failure to recognize, honor, and obey YaHWeH God--the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob--the Great I AM.
I recognize that same darkness here in the heart of the false religion empire. They have a form of godliness, but deny the One True God. Their system is one of rules made by men, of secret pagan ritual, of multiple gods, and of oppressive guilt and shame for anything less than an image of external perfection. God, sweep this unholy religion from the land we lie in as Your Truth gains a hold on peoples' hearts and Your grace flourishes here.
God, I want to be a part of leading those who worship other gods to knowing You, the One LORD who is King forever and ever. Give me opportunity to be a part of a church that will do just that.
