God Gives Gifts

God has always been in the business of giving people special gifts to be used in serving Him. In this passage, it's for Bezalel, son of Uri. He goes on to say the same about Oholiab. The reason God gives these special gifts and abilities is for the expressed purpose of serving Him in some special way. That continues to this day.

I know that I am uniquely made. God has given me a unique SHAPE for ministry and I am constantly in the process of figuring out how to best use that SHAPE in serving Him. I believe that will be a life-long task, and that is part of God's plan in giving the gifts that He does.

God, I thank You for how You have made me so fearfully and wonderfully complex. I thank You for the special gifts that You have given me. Help me to use them all for Your glory--to make You famous. Give me opportunities to do just that.
