Leadership..done right

I love how David, in his humaness, asked for the very smallest thing, and yet his Mighty Men-risked their lives to get it for their leader.

As the leader, know that people will do almost anything for you-but you have the responsibility to lead them for the big purpose-not fulfill your every whim and want.

The people you serve-serve because of the anointing on you from the King of Kings. It's mismanagement when we think it's all about us.
