who are you?

"Who are you Jesus? - what a question. Implied is another question, "What am I supposed to do now Jesus?"

Note how the Lord responded to the second question..."get up, go into the city, more will be revealed" (acts 9:6).

Nothing concrete, no cryptic things to figure out, just a simple ordinary "get up, go into the city, more will be revealed." If it was me I would want more - more detail, more clarity, more...but Jesus gives just enough.

Jesus wants us to work with what we have. When we obey Jesus in small things it grows trust and character for larger things. Most things in life are small, unexciting and ordinary. When we do the ordinary things wholeheartedly for God amazing things can happen,

So for today Lord, help me get up, go and pay attention to what more will be revealed. Help me be patient with the process, with myself and others, I really need to be patient with the process...and, no doubt, life circumstances today will give opportunity to practice patience as I wait for things, people and computers to boot up.
