It's the Same Thing
To say that you love God and hate those in authority doesn't make any sense. Ultimately (even in a democratic society) God appoints those in leadership. To say that you hate a leader is to say that God doesn't know what he is doing.
How much all the more in the church? Certainly God appoints those to see over His flock. You may not respect that leaders opinions, or appreciate their leadership skills, but face it - they are the appointed one from God for that position, at that time.
Hate the leadership? Then you aren't submissive to God's leadership.
