I am so thankful for your honesty. I have often struggled with this concept of Loving GOD. I want to get learn GOD, and grow to love GOD with passion and conviction. I often have felt the need to ask GOD to help me in this department. I always felt uncomfortable thinking and asking that I needed GOD's help to love him, because we were taught that we were supposed to and to think otherwise would make you a heathen. I know now that I can incorporate this thought into my regular prayer life.
