The Greatest Feast
This verse really convicted me as I read it today. For those of us who love food, Scripture tells us that God is able to satisfy us more than the richest of all food! You know that exhilarating feeling you get when you take a bite of that delicious BBQ? Do you get that same feeling, that same satisfaction from knowing God? What about that cup of coffee in the morning or after a long day? I suppose the question comes down to this: What (or who) do we allow to "satisfy" the deepest cravings & longings we have? Only God can truly fill us. He's tastier than my peanut butter kandy cakes :-)
