In Luke 4, Jesus jumps right into his ministry - starting with a 40 day period of prayer and fasting. After he's ready he starts with his hometown, which turns out to be a bad idea. The rest of chapter tells us he has no problem finding people and places who are ready to experience his message - even though they don't get it totally. Happy Reading!
