The Theme of my life
Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God. Is there any other scripture that encapsulates the life of one who God is at the center than this verse. Act justly basically means to be one of justice, seek justice and to stand for those that cannot by themselves. love mercy is to love giving mercy and forgiveness is a true mark of one that has received the greatest act of mercy. Finally to walk humbly with your God means as Tozer puts it to "to allow our inward eyes meet with the all seeing eyes of God." Humbly receive direction and guidance from the one who knows better than we do!
