At times as Christians, we may find our lives going quite well. Then there are times in our lives when things don't go very well. We can think back to happier times, and times that were very heavenly as you might say. I titled this contibution " Living Dead " because it describes a point some of us could reach when we make decisions that have set us back, even killed who we were at one time. With that in mind, we often look back with regret as to what we may have decided for ourselves or someone else. Sadly a decision that was not thought through properly, can put you in for a long ride. What do i mean by this you say? Im sure you have heard people say " SOMETIMES WHAT YOU DO, IS DONE AND CAN'T BE UNDONE " Well this is often true with our decisions. Our decisions effect other lives whether we are aware of it or not, as well as our own. Few times in life we can reverse some things, but not very often. Our Creator gave us the ability to make these decisions based on free will. So it would be wise to take as much time and resources before making a definite decision on things. Especially if it is a decision based on a life of a family member, loved one, even a dear friend. Something as simple as giving a stranger a dollar or two requires some time for thought before giving it. Why is that you say? Well, ask yourself the next time someone asks you for help. Are you giving cheerfully and from your heart because you want to truly help? And who really is the final judge of where that dollar is going anyway? As Christians, our work is to follow the commission Jesus Christ gave us to do which is to preach the good news of Gods kingdom right? So as an answer to our decision making, we can certainly make all of our decisions based on Gods will and purpose. When in doubt ask yourself, " Is This Decision Based On Gods Will And Purpose For My Life And Others? " Surely then from that point on we can never go wrong, or even regret any decision we make. Now, this Living Dead title that i so titled. We can truly live again and live very happy lives if we base any decision on Gods word, that way we won't have to feel like we are only alive in flesh but alive in spirit.
