I came across an excellent read on the topic of what pornography does to men and its affect on women and marriage called Sexual Detox: A Guide for the Single/Married Guy by Tim Challies. It's free and comes in electronic form so you can download it and read on your pc. It's a short read but it gets straight to the point and explains that pornography distorts God's intended purpose for sex, but you knew that already. What you probably don't know is the effect that this has on the way we see women and how that affects our relationships and marriage. Tim writes:

[Pornography is inherently violent, inherently unloving. It is a perversion of sexuality, not a true
form of it, and one that teaches violence and degradation at the expense of mutual pleasure and intimacy. It is about conquests, about conquering. It is the very opposite of God’s intention for sex. I'll say again, MEN you must read this book and when you're done, share it with every man you know and some you don't know. This is much needed information.
