Seeing God

Growing up in the church you hear and read a lot of things about God. What he has done in times past during Bible times, then in peoples lives in present times as they give testimony.
But unbeknownst to me, and without me realizing, God had been in the category of a fairy tale in my life because I heard and read these story's andI had responded in faith to them, but I wasn't there, so believing them just was pure faith.
But life takes on a whole new dimension when you experience God for yourself! Meaning experience Him through the 5 senses just like everything else, see, touch, taste, hear, smell.
I think Job might have experienced a little bit of this, that is why he said.

“I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear;
But now my eye sees You"!

I have seen God but not like I need to. My prayer is to see Him and experience Him daily. Without him I am and can do nothing but I can do all things, good things, with him and through Him.
He completes me.
