S: Mark 8:19 Remember the five loaves I broke for the five thousand? How many baskets of leftovers did you pick up? They said, “Twelve.”

O: The disciples were squabbling over forgetting to bring bread. They had witnessed Jesus feeding 5000 people with 12 loaves and 4000 with 7. Did that not think He was able to provide for the 12 of them?

A: I am struggling today with and over abundance of things to do. I feel panic stricken like the disciples. "How are we going to eat, we don't have any bread?" "How am I going to get all this work done, I don't have enough time?" "Why didn't get up earlier, why didn't I exercise this morning?" So many thoughts are plaguing my mind... "Your not doing enough, you should be doing more, you should be spending more time with your family, you have to work on the budget, come on can't you get it together?" I feel like God is telling me through these passages... "Don't you get it? I am able to take care of all of these things." See verse 21.

P: Lord, I commit this day to You. I want to give You all these worries. Please help me today to put my faith and trust in Your abilities, instead of my own...
