so simple
I was struck by Jesus' words to Paul when He appeared to him after facing the angry Jews in Jerusalem. "Be brave! You have told the people in Jerusalem about Me. You must do the same in Rome."
Told them about Jesus? Yes, that is exactly and simply what he did. He told them his story from the beginning. He simply told them what happened - and what Jesus said to him, and what he did with the revelation he'd been given. For that and only that he was persecuted.
Why do I complicate things? Moreso, why do I try to get into the minds of those who don't know Jesus, anticipating their potential debate. I like how Paul just simply told his story, and so did Jesus!
