God Listens

This is the second time God has listened to Hezekiah, and answered him. It appears God is changing his mind. What's up with that? I am sure it is more likely that God was initiating a conversation so Hezekiah would respond to God with a "broken and contrite heart" (Psalm 51). This way Hezekiah can "Taste and see that the Lord is good" Psalm 34:8
